Why Innovation is a good Idea

In this ongoing price war of tarrifs between different telecom players like Airtel, Idea and Jio etc, the companies need to think differently for surviving in the competitive telecom industry. Although customer’s want products at lowest possible prices, but the quality and innovation cannot be ignored. Hence, the customer’s once entrust their faith in a particular brand will never shift to a rival company’s product even if they have to spend more from their product. The reason being their satisfaction with the quality of service provided. The positive thing with Airtel is that their one of the best network’s in the country.
